Nnesha (nnesha):

first look at the y-axis what is the point where line touch y-axis's ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i guess D?

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes so that is y-intercept the point where line touch y-axis is y-intercept so you can replace b y -6 y= mx + b <---this b

Nnesha (nnesha):

what is your y -intercept ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-6

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes so that is y-intercept the point where line touch y-axis is y-intercept so you can replace b y -6 y= mx + b <---this b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so C

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes that's the only make sense D cannot be the answer bec D have negative slope but line is increasing in ur graph line increasing mean positive slope line decreasing mean negative slope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok Thanks

Nnesha (nnesha):

np :)
