Not to sure about this one but i think its true because 'pre' means before. the word 'untouchable', 'un' would be the prefix which you can only have one prefix that comes before the word. 'touch' is the root word and 'able' is the suffix.

I would have to say false on this one because of words like "antidisestablishment" and "unpremeditated". There are words that clearly have more than one prefix. I never saw words that have more than one root though.
