How many nanoseconds does it take light to travel a distance of 1.70km in vacuum?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Speed of light is \(\sf 3.0 x 10^8 m/s \) first convert 1.70 into meters then divide it by the speed of light. Then convert the answer to nanoseconds (which I believe is \( \times 10^{-9}\))
