How does mRNA contain information from a gene?

So the DNA strand would be ATCGATCGATCG The RNA strand would be UAGCUAGCUAGC Because it's the opposite. This RNA strand would then be tRNA (transfer RNA) because it's transfering the data and called the sense strand. DNA is made up of exons (coding sequence) and introns (non coding sequence) when a piece of DNA is sequenced to RNA it copies both, enzymes known as splicer and dicer (i know cool names). Come along and cut out the intronic sequence and join the exons to make a functional product, this then becomes mRNA (messenger RNA). mRNA then enters the endoplasmic reticulum and is translated into a protein by codon-anticodon pairing. Three bases on the mRNA code for one protein in a particular reading frame. I hope this clarifies it for you
