i gave u a medal also
OpenStudy (anonymous):
\[\sum_{n=2}^{10}\] This tells you to use the values of 2 thru 10 in the equation -2n-3. Then add the sums together. The first would be (-2 x (2)) - 3 which equals -7...the secind would be (-2 x (3)) -3 which equals -9...do the same for 4,5,6,7,8,9,10..
OpenStudy (anonymous):
I still don't understand because I don't know how to solve these and I have to be don't before 2:30 and I still have 2 more to do and they consist of the same thing
OpenStudy (anonymous):
You have an equation -2n -3 correct?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):
-7?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Correct and for 3 it would be? And for 4 it will be what? etc all the way to n=10.
