Two questions? I'll medal and fan! 4. When using a percent proportion formula to solve a problem, where should you place the 100?  Why? 5. If you are given two non-simplified fractions, describe two methods to determine whether these fractions can form a proportion.

@sleepyjess do you by any chance know any of these? it's okay if you don't! and i really hope i'm not bothering x

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

part/whole=%/100 do you mean this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really sure what you mean by that. all i know is what i wrote above :/

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

percent proportion formula: part/whole=%/100 so you place 100 in the denominater of a fraction with a numenator expressed as a %

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

for second question

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

for example you are given two fractions: 15/35 and 30/70.. First we need to simplify both fractions. so firat equals to 3/7 and the second is also 3/7. so they can form a proportion i tihnk
