I saw earlier you got \[\Large \frac{1}{2}x^2 + \frac{1}{2}y^2 = C\]
multiply every term by 2 \[\Large \frac{1}{2}x^2 + \frac{1}{2}y^2 = C\] \[\Large 2*\frac{1}{2}x^2 + 2*\frac{1}{2}y^2 = 2*C\] \[\Large x^2 + y^2 = C\] note: 2*C turns into C because C just represents "Constant" (2 times constant = constant)
now you use the initial condition y(2) = 2 that means we have the point (2,2) on this curve. So x = 2 and y = 2. Use these values to find C

good, so yeah the center of this circle is (0,0) and it stretches from x = -sqrt(8) to x = sqrt(8) also sqrt(8) = 2*sqrt(8)
