Nope.

\(16 < x < 25\)

\(16 < \sqrt{x} < 25\)

We have to get rid of the square root sign, so we square all sides.

\(16^2 < x < 25^2\)

Simplify \(16^2\) and \(25^2\) tell me what you get.
