@inowalst can you help me again, please.

I have this so far an \d i am wondering if it is correct. Yo puesto el perro fuera. Yo abierto la puerta. Vi el pestillo estaba roto. Yo dicho a mi mamá. ella lo resuelto. La que el pollo frito.

OpenStudy (inowalst):

That's a great start, but let me fix the mistakes. Yo puse el perro afuera. Yo abri la puerta. Mire el pestillo y estaba roto. Yo se lo dije mi mama. Ella lo arreglo. I dont get the last sentence though. What are you trying to say?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then she made fried chicken. one of our words is fried-frito

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the ella lo resuelto. i am trying to say she resolved the problem because thats our word

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Okay. Then make it, "Ella comio pollo frito." She ate fried chicken. And for this one, "El problemo estuvo resuelto" The problem was resolved.

Oh okay. Thank you

@inowalst The directions ask us to use the Present Perfect tense. The answers that you gave are in the preterite tense. Not the present perfect.

@tabethap Your answers were actually VERY close to correct. Here's what you said, the first time: Yo puesto el perro fuera. Yo abierto la puerta. Vi el pestillo estaba roto. Yo dicho a mi mamá. ella lo resuelto. La que el pollo frito. Here are the corrections. I'll capitalize them, so that you can see: Yo HE puesto el perro fuera. Yo HE abierto la puerta. YO HE VISTO el pestillo Y estaba roto. Yo HE dicho a mi mamá. Ella LO HA RESUELTO. HA HECHO POLLO FRITO. ***"Ha hecho pollo frito" means "She has made fried chicken." I know it doesn't make sense in context, but it's a present perfect sentence, just like the directions wanted. So you see, for the most part, you just needed to add the "HE." HE puesto -- I HAVE placed HE abierto -- I HAVE opened HE dicho -- I HAVE told When we add the word "he," it means "I have"

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Ohhhh okay. Thanks for correcting.
