Helloooo! I'm confused about the number of phosphodiester bonds adenine participates in when it forms a lariat during intron splicing...I'll find a picture in case the topic's too detailed. I don't understand how many it's participating in in the pic

umm i gues its 3....2 phosphodiester bonds are the normal ones present in the chain of nucleotides....and one extra is from the guanine which is present on the other end of the intron.
