OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Opinions: What is your idea of justice? Do we ever have the right to judge one another? Can one person ever have the "right set of morals"?

OpenStudy (thegamer007):

what do u mean?

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Well - it's just an opinion really ... @TheGaMer007

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

"Do we ever have the right to judge another person? Do we really have the same set of morals?"

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

@iGreen ? ; w;

OpenStudy (igreen):

Justice is being fair, giving people what they deserve.

OpenStudy (igreen):

Do we ever have the right to judge one another? We do it all the time..what do you think Judges are for? How do criminals go to prison? Through justice.

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Thank you :)

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

well yeah, but the concept idea is "we all have the capability to commit crimes, so how do certain people have the right to judge others?"

OpenStudy (igreen):

Well, it depends on what crime it is.

OpenStudy (igreen):

We all do commit crimes, but Judges are selected because of their skills, they aren't selected randomly. We trust that Judges do their job and not abuse it.

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

:| Well... my teacher is asking "why do they get the right? A lot of people can become judges, but they are still human, why do they get the right to judge other humans" (if I said that right)

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

"why can humans judge other humans, regardless of their position in society?"

OpenStudy (igreen):

Judges have to go through training and exercises to make sure they don't abuse their power.

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Well... it still happens I think that's why we pose the question, really

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Especially since people have differing views on "justice"

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Um... did that sound off?

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

@iGreen I think I meant to say "since people don't see 'justice' in the same way, what makes it okay for them to judge others?" ; w;

OpenStudy (igreen):

Um..

OpenStudy (neonumbrella5115):

Your is

OpenStudy (igreen):

What..?

OpenStudy (neonumbrella5115):

I accidently hit send! Oops Your question is like the philosophical question: What is right and wrong?.

OpenStudy (igreen):

@neonumbrella5115 Yeah, it's asking for your opinion :P

OpenStudy (neonumbrella5115):

@iGreen Yeah, I know. The point I was going to make was that it is hard to answer questions like these, because there isn't one correct answer or we don't know the answer.

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Yeah, that's why it's opinion based @neonumbrella5115

OpenStudy (igreen):

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

OpenStudy (neonumbrella5115):

@kittiwitti1 @iGreen I guess I'll just leave now...

OpenStudy (igreen):

Lol

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

o_o

JoelTheBoss (joel_the_boss):

Justice is the act of being just, so fair. Being just or fair is when you consider all possibility's and don't let your own emotions and feelings effect your judgment. I think posting this in history would be a better idea. Everyone has the right to judge as long as they don't over exaggerate and are giving a fair judgment then yes I don't see why we would be allowed to judge, it's an opinion not a fact. Can you explain the third question a little more so I can respond.

OpenStudy (kittiwitti1):

Third question?
