what is ur question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

THANK YOU! I have 3 that I have no clue how to do and I have been staring at since... God knows when.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The first question is: A scientist is studying the growth of a particular species of plant. He writes the following equation to show the height of the plant f(n), in cm, after n days: f(n) = 12(1.03)n Part A: When the scientist concluded his study, the height of the plant was approximately 16.13 cm. What is a reasonable domain to plot the growth function? (4 points) Part B: What does the y-intercept of the graph of the function f(n) represent? (2 points) Part C: What is the average rate of change of the function f(n) from n = 3 to n = 10, and what does it represent? (4 points)

Please don't send me to another spot where people have done it. I have looked at all the ways people have done it and I still don't get it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok wait I will tell the answer

OpenStudy (cheddarskittles):

Ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f(n)=12(1.03)n 16.13=12(1.03)n 1) Divide both sides by 12, 2) Hit both sides with the log, and solve

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HHAWAAAAAH! I know what everything means just don't know how to write it...!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Meaning...divide 16.13 and 1.03 by 12, correct?

OpenStudy (cheddarskittles):

I would think so because you aren't writing it down so yea I think you'd write it like that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup correct bye gtg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

medal and fan me plz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It keeps saying I'm typing a reply but I'm not...
