PLEASE HELP!! MEDAL!! Did I plot this right??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What???

OpenStudy (clamin):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is nothing showing us what you plotted

OpenStudy (clamin):

@PressureGaming @bingtamekia

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it might be right what do you think @PressureGaming

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont think so, if you are adding an exponent, then you are really subtracting so it would be 2 with an exponent of -2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if that is what i see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats just for the first one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you cant add exponents, they do the exact opposite of what you tell them to. so when it says adding exponents, you are really subtracting

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah sorry i was looking at paper wrong

OpenStudy (clamin):

oh ok...so ffor the first on the y value is -2??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope, its 2 times -2

OpenStudy (clamin):

ohh yea sorry

OpenStudy (clamin):

now i got it thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no problem :)

OpenStudy (clamin):

last question , so if the equation tells me to subtract do i add it?? @PressureGaming

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

only exponents though

OpenStudy (clamin):

did i do this right now??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for your sheet, x=2 and y=0 because anything to the 0 exponent is zero

OpenStudy (clamin):

now im confused.my teacher told me that anything that exponent to the zero is 1
