What are the domain and the range of the relation? {(−3, 1), (−6, 7), (0, 9), (2, −1), (8, 8), (11, 5)} Choose exactly two answers that are correct. A. domain: {−6, −3, 0, 2, 8, 11} B. domain: {–1, 1, 5, 7, 8, 9} C. range: {–1, 1, 5, 7, 8, 9} D. range: {−6, −3, 0, 2, 8, 11} Medal to who answers correctly!

OpenStudy (amorfide):

domain is all input values that are contained within the set range would be values that would be output using the input your set has coordinates, so your x value is your input, so all x values are domain your y values are output so they are your range

ok thank you!, can you possibly walk me through the problem now?

OpenStudy (amorfide):

well a coordinate is usually (x,y) so if I had a set {(1,2), (3,4)} my x coordinates, 1 and 3 are my domain so the domain is domain {1,3} my range are the y coordinates 2 and 4 range {2,4}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohh lol ok thank you simple as that
