OpenStudy (rayman5766):

B that's what I think

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

@Data_LG2 help me I think its B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

perimeter is the measurement of the sum of the lengths. first, calculate the circumference of the curve. C=2 pi r or pi d d=6, then divide it by 2 because the circle is half. then the sides of the rectangle at the bottom. 6 + 3 +3 perimeter: ((pi x 6) / 2) + (6+3+3) = ???

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

9.42477796076938x+12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm.. let's do it one by one. pi is approx 3.14 so tell me what's 3.14 times 6 ?

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

18.64

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah okay, i got 18.84 but that's alright. now divide that by 2

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

9.42

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

so my answer is A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not done yet. now add the perimeter of the rectangle. from 9.42 add 6+3+3

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

21.42

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep :)

OpenStudy (rayman5766):

that's my answer so C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)
