- Question about Rotation -

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

OK. It says might not touch, key is might. This means it could still touch. So what do you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

F and C?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, I would say those, and more. See, when it is done rotating they do not say where it will point, just that it may or may not touch the original image.

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

If u rotate with respect to point C then point C will remain on the same place.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Hmm... well... thinking about it more... C will always touch... So there is no way that cee can't not touch. So it has to be one of the points where not ouching is a possibility. That means C is out. F can touch or not touch, so F is good, and there is one other.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So C is out? E? It's not touching anything..

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Yah. E. Only E and F can do either touch or not touch. All the others will touch at least at one point.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks for the help!! :):):)
