Well, this is what I got from the poem.
The speaker in “Rose Pogonias” is a nature person, and a quite person; you can tell this by “Where the winds were quite excluded,” and “With the breath of many flowers.” Robert Frost seems like a person sympathetic from the very first phrase and to the ending because he is talking in detail of what he feels; “Seemed tipped with wings of color.”
