OpenStudy (campbell_st):

start by using the rule for dividing by fractions,,,, which is flip the 2nd fraction and multiply \[\frac{z^2 -4}{z -3} \times \frac{z^2 + z - 12}{z + 2}\] next factor the quadratics. \[\frac{(z -2)(z +2)}{(z -3)} \times \frac{(z + 4)(z-3)}{(z + 2)}\] I'll leave you to cancel the common factors and simplify
