I thought about using the logarithm rule: ln(a/b) = ln(a)-ln(b) but it did't seem to get me anywhere.

Okay, so I just used L'Hospitals Rule and got 9/5 for the limit and then took the natural log of that. Final answer: ln(9/5)

yes! that is good! you don't need L'H just some basic techniques for limits :) but no harm in using the rule :)
