What illustrates the law of conservation of mass

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the law of conservation of mass means that the mass of the things in the reactants would equal that of the products so any chemical equation should follow this such as the formation of water 2 H₂ + O₂ → 2 H₂O Hydrogen is about 1.01 g so 4(1.01)+32g=2(18.02) (oxygen is about 16 g) 36.04=36.04
