What is a possessive personal pronoun?
No wait, what is a pronoun?
@alurahenderson
a word that can function by itself as a noun phrase
Give me an example
Well, pronouns are basically words that can replace nouns. An example would be: Joe saw Jill, and he waved at her. The sentence couldve been: Joe saw Jill, and he waved at Jill. But with the use of pronouns, you can replace certain nouns such as Jill, with a pronoun(her).
We use personal pronouns (I, me, he, him, etc.) to replace names or nouns when it is clear what they refer to. We use possessives (my, your, her) when it is not necessary to name the person the thing belongs to.
so it would be A?
???
I know I am late, but I think It's A too. I'm on the same question and trying to figure out what the answer is.
