HELP!! MEDAL!! In which quadrant or on which axis does the terminal side of the angle lie?

OpenStudy (clamin):

\[\frac{ 9\Pi }{2}\]

OpenStudy (amorfide):

if it is 0 degrees, 180 degrees, 360 degrees it lies on the x axes if it is 90, 270, it is on y axis if it is between 0 and 90, it is first quadrant between 90 and 180 then second quadrant between 180 and 270 it is third quadrant between 270 and 360 then 4th quadrant |dw:1430346791898:dw|

OpenStudy (amorfide):

you can convert the degrees to radians anyways if we say 9pi/2 then that is 4.5 *180 degrees which is 810 720 is 2 full circles, so we have 90 left over, so you have 90 degrees |dw:1430346966849:dw|

OpenStudy (clamin):

oohhh thanks but i just wanna know which quadrant does 9pi/2 lie

OpenStudy (clamin):

@amorfide

OpenStudy (amorfide):

I just told you

OpenStudy (amorfide):

since 9pi/2 take away 2pi then take away 2pi you end up with pi/2 pi/2 is 90 degrees so it is on the y axis
