WILL FAN AND MEDAL PLEASE HELP!? 1. What are the three classifications of a crime according to its severity? 2. What is the difference between principals in the first degree and principals in the second?

@AquaStone316

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When they say first and second degree, do you mean murder or something different?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think they mean in general.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then I don't know, sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What about the first question? Could you help me there.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay thanks anyway.

OpenStudy (angeleyes108):

#2: In criminal offenses, the person(s) who are directly responsible for the crime are known as the principal in the first degree. They are the ones who plan and execute the offense. A second type of principal is known as the principal in the second degree. These offenders are present when a crime as committed, but don't actually participate in the main crime (one example is the lookout or get-away driver).

#1: Felonies-worst Misdemeanors-bad Violations-kind of bad

Hope that helps :)
