can someone explain what these sentences mean?
1) a voltmeter is a device that can be used to measure the energy potential difference, per unit electric charge, between any two points in an electric circuit
Simplifying it, they are sayinhg voltmeter measures voltage, which is found by Energy/charge or E/Q.
so what does two points in an electric circuit mean?
That is to limit the length of the electric circuit, considering the voltage at the given interval.
ok one last question... whats the difference between electric current and voltage? i know EC is flow of electrons and i know that voltage can be found from E/q so i want to know exaclty WHAT the difference is, not a definition..... i think its mainly voltage i dont get though
Voltage is the chemical energy of the system that is converted to electrical energy, which is distributed to the charges. They flow thanksto the available energy. Current is the rate of flow of electric charge, when the electrons have electrical energy.
