First you find the slope (It's 3). Then you find the midpoint using the midpoint formula (It's 3, -2). Then you take the opposite reciprocal of the slope to find the slope of the perpendicular segment ( It's -1/3). You can now use point slope form to plug the slope ( -1/3) and the known point ( 3, -2).
