Original: Hello Jackie B, This is Nikki S. thanking you again for your time today. I want to let you know that you have answered every question I wanted to ask you upon the meeting today, so I had no further questions. I like that your company is divers and you value your clients and employees. I am very good with time management; I am honest, trustworthy and reliable and would like to work for your company if there are any positions or interns. Errors: Read this out loud: "Hello Jackie B, This is Nikki S. thanking you again" If you noticed, there is a slight pause after you say "This is Nikki S." just imagine saying that real fast and then going straight to "thank you again." Haha, there is a pause after Nicki S so put a comma there instead of a period. Also, a major issue I'm seeing with your passage is your trouble with past and present tenses. From your first sentence, I can tell that something has occurred today(an event) and now you're responding to it. Want is present, wanted is past. Have is present, had is past. So you're saying: "I want to let you know that you have answered every question I wanted to ask you upon the meeting today" This is very strange with those tenses. I'd switch out want for wanted and have for had in this particular section. The second wanted in this section, leave it be. Take note that you are talking of an event that already occurred, so you should be talking in the past tense. "I wanted to let you know that you had answered every question I wanted to ask you upon the meeting today" This brings us to the next issue. Upon is the more formal word for on. You were not on the meeting, you were at the meeting ;P "I wanted to let you know that you had answered every question I wanted to ask you at the meeting today" Next: "so I had no further questions." So is a conjunction. It connects parts of sentences and in this case it's connecting two parts of a sentence each with their own tenses. "So I had no further questions." You are talking of the present, I assume, as you now currently *have* no questions left to be answered as she had answered them all. Notice I referred to the past event as had "she had answered them all" and the present that "you now currently have no questions left to be answered"
