OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

How do you find the reference angle ?

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

OpenStudy (welshfella):

I've never come across 'reference' angle before - unless its the corresponding angle in the first quadrant in which case its 76 degrees' But im not sure

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

me either

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

but I thinks thats it double whatever the angle is thats given

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hint: take the negative sign off and then you have the answer.

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

of whatever s given

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

hmm alright

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

The reference angle is the angle between 0 and 90 degrees that the terminal side of an angle makes with the positive or negative x-axis.

OpenStudy (howard-wolowitz):

so opposite
