anyone, plz help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it might be a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if i am right or wrong, then plz explain why

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

Proportions mean that the ratios are all alike. SO that there is a specific scale factor that makes each point. (2.5, 5) and (3, 5.5) That is wrong, as you are ADDING by 0.5, you need a MULTIPLYING factor

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, so we know that a is wrong

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

If you think it's B, what is the scale factor?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 each

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

You see, you are adding here, not multiplying. Adding is not a proportionate relation

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

SO it's not A or B, try again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

WHAT?!?! okay, let me just right it all out and see what i get

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, i got it, it is c, cause it is proportioanl, and 1.25, 25 x 3 is 75 and 3 x 3 is 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

make since?

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

yep, sounds good
