PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME I HAVE TO TO 4 MORE QUESTIONS AND THEN MORE FOR DIFFERENT SUBJECTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

OpenStudy (thomas5267):

This I think is an ill-defined question. Is the question asking for the probability of the arrow stopping on 3 alone, the probability of the arrow first stopping on 1, then 2 and finally 3, or the probability of the arrow stopping on 3 given that it has already stopped on 1 and 2?
