Look at what the 15th Amendment does. It gives voting rights to former slaves. It stops there. What would women think about that?

Civil Rights was not a thing in the 1860s.

I think the women would be mad because like the former slaves get to vote but they don't.

yup. They wanted to vote. They didn't get it for another 60 or so years.
