(9-^6)^3=9

Nnesha (nnesha):

\[\huge\rm (9^{-6})^3=9\] like this ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes do you know the answer? I can't get it

Nnesha (nnesha):

yes so u have to apply 2 exponent rule first one is \[\huge\rm (x^m)^n = x^{ m \times n}\] multiply outside exponent of number by inside exponent

Nnesha (nnesha):

2nd exponent rule: \[\huge\rm x^{-m} = x^\frac{ 1 }{ m }\] if there is a negative exponent, change that to 'ts reciprocal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the answer is X1/m?

Nnesha (nnesha):

\[\huge\rm (9^{-6})^3=9\] it's ur question so multiply outside exponent by inside exponent of 9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what is the answer? 9? Please

Nnesha (nnesha):

i told you how you have to solve \[\huge\rm 9^{-6 \times 3} = 9\] -6 times 3 = what btw what's the statement what topic is it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you!

Nnesha (nnesha):

we' aren't done yet is it log unit ?
