1. Find the sine ratio of angle Θ
I put: 5/4
OpenStudy (anonymous):
it would be 4/5 because sine is opposite/hypotenuse
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
Oh duh lol
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
Find the tangent ratio of angle Θ.
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
4/3?

Find the cosine ratio of angle Θ
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
3/5?

yep
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
If the tan of angle x is 22 over 5 and the triangle was dilated to be two times as big as the original, what would be the value of the tan of x for the dilated triangle?
I don't know if it would stay the same, or if it would be 44/10

If the sin 90° is 1, then the cos ____ °= _____.
I put: If the sin 90° is 1, then the cos 0 degrees = 1
OpenStudy (anonymous):
seems right, not sure exactly what the question is though
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
Well I know that complementary angles have to add up to 90, and since it says sin 90 I know that you can't add anymore, and it should equal the same. So ill go with it lol.
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
thanks for your help!
OpenStudy (anonymous):
no problem

I think the last one was 22/5 though.
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
Because 44/10 is reduced to 22/5
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
But oh well :)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
it wasnt asking for reduced though, it was asking for the dilated equation
OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):
I got it wrong when I put 44/10
