hmm The Surface Area of a Cylinder is given by 2(pi)r ^{2} + 2(pi)rh,where h is the height of the Cylinder and r is the radius. That being said, the formula represents two different types of things being added together, being the area of the circles that cap each end of the cylinder and the area of the body of the cylinder, where 2(pi)r ^{2}represents the area of both circles (the two at the beginning comes from the fact that there are two ends to the cylinder), and 2(pi)represents the area of the body of the cylinder if it was rolled flat

Basically the side(s) of an object that aren't bases, so on all prisms, it should be the "ends" of the object. So, from that, you don't need the 2(pi)r2 from the equation, all you need to do is solve 2(pi)rh where r equals 15.1 and h equals 12.8 hope this helps let me know if you get it right
