IIRC, a theorem is a statement that is proved using prior assumptions (axioms & postulates). If you use a geometric argument, then it's a geometric proof. You can prove a theorem by different arguments (induction, contradiction and so on). Personally, I think it's a badly formulated question. and speed of light is constant # that's a well known a postulate
