Louisa buys a nightlight for her two-year-old son. When she plugs it in, the nightlight shocks her. She has an electrician come to her house and he determines that a short circuit in the nightlight caused a shock and a risk of fire. The short circuit is a consistent problem with all of the nightlights manufactured. What action can be taken under federal law?
