Jane says that the water in an ocean wave at the beach must have traveled a great distance. Jim disagrees, but how can he justify his argument? A. He can measure the wavelength of the incoming waves. B. He can measure the speed of the incoming wave. C. He can note the lack of movement toward the beach of a piece of wood in the water as the wave passes. D. it's c the movement is illusory. it is up and down. the water has not travelled far as otherwise it would have dragged the wood and a whole load of other stuff along and onto the beach
