- The lengths of the three sides
- The lengths of two sides and the measure of the angle between the sides
- The measure of two angles and the length of the side between the angles
- The measure of two angles and the length of a side not between the angles

now take a look at your choices and see which one of them does not match any of this sets...

guess, that giving the 3 angles also defines an unique triangle, even thought it is not listed in the "set of facts" i gave earlier, so we can consider D is the right answer....
