A) 1 solution B) try to work it out. first, remove the bracket (multiply every term in it by the 5 that is in front of the bracket). i will tell you what to do next when you finish it

i dont understand thats why i asked @Fallontine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay 5(2x – 3) = 5 you remove the bracket like this: 5(2x - 3) is actually 5*2x - 5*3, right? so now you have: 10x - 15 = 5 then yo need to let the x's be on one side and everything else on the other side. on the left side, you have a negative 15 and you don't want it there, so you add 15 to both sides of the equation and you have: 10x = 20 now you see that both sides are divisible by 10, so you divide them and you have: x=2

ohhh okay thtas the answer ? @Fallontine

yes
