Well molarity of a solution is just mol/L. Calculate the total moles of your substance and divide it by the total volume of solution it is dissolved in. It's basically a concentration calculation. %v/v solutions is generally written in the form as x % and it refers to mL of substance decided by 100mL * 100 %m/v solutions are the same as above except its 1g of substance instead of 1mL.
