ok so now we have to parts of the numbers first half, left of the median you found: 34, 35, 35, 35 second half, right of the median you found: 36, 36, 38, 38 find the medians for both halves

so the median is in between the two numbers, 36 and 38. to find the median, add the two numbers and divide by 2

the first part just asks for the five-number summary, which is 34, 35, 36, 37, 38. and also asks for the interquartile range, which is Q3 - Q1

i drew the box plot for the second part, to see if it was symmetric, which it is. now you can do the same thing for the second data set.
