y is pH x is the titrant which is a base, so if you add a weak acid and weak base together its a non-quantitative rxn therefore that graph and it literally looks like thaat while for strong acids and strong base it will look like this |dw:1433810589881:dw| but becuase WA and WB have the graph like that is there still a equivalence point?

oh okay. yes, they do have equivalence point, although they're not as pronounced as those with strong acids/bases. this type of equivalence point would probably only be apparent after some data processing - which would involve taking som derivatives to find any inflection points
