You are correct. See \(\sec(x)\) and \(\csc(x)\) have range \((\text-\infty,\text-1]\cup[1,\infty)\) So to go from (-∞,-1]∪[1,∞) to (-∞,0]∪[2,∞) you need to shift 1 unit up. So A is your option.
