OpenStudy (zale101):

What is the difference between a concentrated and a diluted solution?

OpenStudy (mmend98):

A dilute solution contains a smaller amount of solute than does a concentrated solution.

OpenStudy (zale101):

Yes! :) That means you an easily answer your own question with this known knowledge.

OpenStudy (zale101):

So, what is your thoughts about the answer?

OpenStudy (mmend98):

B ?

OpenStudy (zale101):

Yes, but what if i'm not allowed to add solutes into the solvent to make it more concentrated, what else i can do to make it more concentrated without adding solutes?

OpenStudy (mmend98):

C as well then you would evaporate some of the solvent.

OpenStudy (zale101):

Correct! If you evaporated some of the solvent, there would be more percentage of solute than before because the solvent is now less.

OpenStudy (mmend98):

Thanks for the teaching man
