When PbI2 solution is clear, it means there is constancy in molarity between Pb2+ ions and I- ions. Their ratio is 1:2, respectively. When further I- ions are added to the solution, the molarity of Pb2+ spontaneously decreases in order to balance the Ksp or molarity. Furthermore, the Pb2+ compound cannot form a ligand or a complex compound with the excess I- ions in order to annihilate the precipitate.

As a result, not as much PbI2 solid that had to dissolve will no longer do that. I would then vote for C.
