The chlorophyll in the green leaves of the plant take in sun light, they turn this into energy for the plant (photosynthesis) whilst taking in carbon dioxide and outputting oxygen Reactants: 6 molecules of Carbon dioxide (6CO2), Light energy (sunlight), and 6 molecules of water (6H2O) Products: glucose (C6H12O6), 6 molecules of oxygen (6O2) description: the process of plants absorbing sunlight energy and using it through this process to make food for the plant

During photosynthesis, plants use carbon dioxide and water to make sugar and oxygen. Some of this sugar, which is found in a variety of hydrocarbons, is recycled within the chloryphll. And for the 2nd one. :)

50. Water is needed at Photosystem II where it is split to produce O2, H+ and electrons which replace the electrons lost from chlorophyll a in the reaction centre of PS II. Insufficient water would impede this process and reduce ATP & NADPH synthesis. 51. Light-independent reactions require the energy gathered in the thylakoids - the ATP & NADPH made in the light dependent stage.
