This has to do with intensity of sound which are expressed in decibels where the formula is represented as \[\beta = (10 dB)\log \frac{ I }{ I_0 }\] where \[I_0\] is the reference intensity which is a constant, given as \[10^{-12} \frac{ W }{ m^2 }\] which is our threshold actually, so if we used are formula and got that, it would mean the level is 0 dB. From what I recall approximately 85 dB is safe, and 90 isn't the worse either. See if you can figure the intensity out for what you're given and compare it, 180 dB is really insane.
