Need help!! Which of the following statements about the Bohr-Ruterford model of the atom is most accurate? a) An atom consists of a dense positively charged nucleus with a random cloud of negative electrons. b) An atom consists of a dense positively charged nucleus surrounding by electrons that occupy specific energy levels. c) An atom consists of a negatively charged nucleus with a positively charged cloud of negative electrons d) An atom consists of a relatively spacious postively charged nucleus surrounding by a dense cloud of electrons.
Is this the entire thing or are there also statements?

I'm thinking A sounds right cause his model was a small centre of positive charge and a negative charged cloud
are you sure na
Well it's not c cause he stated that it was a positive centre not negative, and the electrons were in a cloud not energy levels yet
As for a and d the nucleus should be dense not electron cloud
yeah
so which one u choose
A
ok thnx
I will go for B) In atomic physics, the Rutherford–Bohr model or Bohr model, introduced by Niels Bohr in 1913, depicts the atom as a small, positively charged nucleus surrounded by electrons that travel in circular orbits around the nucleus—similar in structure to the solar system, but with attraction provided by electrostatic forces rather than gravity. After the cubic model (1902), the plum-pudding model (1904), the Saturnian model (1904), and the Rutherford model (1911) came the Rutherford–Bohr model or just Bohr model for short (1913). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bohr_model
@Cuanchi
are you sure it be b
What do you think? what is your choice and why?
