Yes. It is exactly enough to hold enough as 2 liters. Since they are discussing about the volume that the container could hold, you would use the formula of the container which is Base x Height x Length. Now substitute the lengths Base=10 Height=10 Length=20 Base (10) x Height (10) = 100 100 x 20 (Length) = 2000 2000 = 2liters
