When it's a dilation about the origin (which we assume if no centre of dilation is specified), then we can multiply the scale factor by the coordinates of the original points to get the coordinates of the dilated points. For example, if P(2,5) is dilated, and centred at the origin with a scale factor of 1/2, then the dilated point P' will have coordinates P'(2/2,5/2)=P'(1, 5/2). Do the multiplication for each of the three points X, Y and Z, and compare the results with the answers to find the right one.
