The quote above is from the Florida constitution, because it creates four types of courts, whereas the U.S. Constitution only creates the U.S. Supreme Court U.S. Constitution, because it creates all the types of courts that may exist in any state of the nation Florida constitution, because all of these courts are equal in power at the state level U.S. Constitution, because only the national government has judicial power
